Accessibility Statement
Last Update: 25 March 2025.
We at Schema Agency or Schema Co., Ltd. are working to make our website, digital interfaces, products and servicescape components accessible to people with disabilities, in balance with our brand identity, marketing communications and creative execution standards.
In cases where such effort is insufficient, we offer support for impaired users who are valid commercial parties, we have a direct support practice which includes live support and guidance to cover the information that is otherwise accessible to regular, non-impaired parties. This support is available on request and limited by demand - please request such support using our contact form at the page footer.
About Schema Web & Digital Accessibility
An accessible digital interface allows visitors with disabilities to access the website, product or service with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies. Schema employs it's branding and design-thinking to facilitate a high level of accessibility while not compromising its world-class UX, branding, design and copywriting standards.
Accessibility Adjustments on Schema Agency Website
We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of 'A'. As part of this effort, we have:
-
Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues
-
Set the language of the site. Initiated projects to convert the website into 2 additional languages: Lithuanian and Thai.
-
Set the content order of the site’s pages.
-
Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages.
-
Added alternative text to images and other relevant design elements.
-
Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast. Critically to this, we have simplified our brand identity to incorporate black & white as dominant colours to maximise contrast, in turn ensuring optimal readability to assist users with impaired vision.
-
Reduced the use of motion on the mobile and tablet versions of the website.
-
Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible.
